We being you this rare two line early 5512. It features its original chapter ring gilt dial and hands. The dial has seen damage in its lume plots and surface leading to signs of a relume. Nonetheless, a Geiger counter reading of 500+ CPM is present leading to the belief that an amount of radium is still present. The hands, although original have some of its lume detached. The serial number dates the watch to 1961, explaining the rare prominent pointed crown guards. The insert is a beautiful early long 5 with its original early bezel. The case is substantial considering it’s age and has not seen any refinishing. The movement is a recently serviced cal. 1560 which runs incredibly considering it’s age.
